Returns & Refunds
All products in our store are classified as personal hygiene items. Therefore,once the product is opened or used, it is not eligible for the 7-day return policy and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Before returning an item, please contact us and provide photos of the product.We will assist you with the return process as soon as possible.
Once we receive the returned/exchanged items and confirm they are in good condition, we will verify the order details and process your refund. Refunds typically take 7–21 days to be credited. If you paid by credit card, the refunded amount will appear on your next credit card statement.
For returned/exchanged orders, if the remaining order total does not meet the free shipping threshold, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. A fee of RM X will be applied.
If a returned item cannot be processed or is not part of the original order, it will be sent back to you via courier with cash on delivery. Shipping fees for this will be RM X.
